As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for building the company brand by engaging and communicating with clients and producers. Enthusiasm for extensive corporate travel. Comfort speaking in front of a crowd. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multi-tasking abilities.

The ideal individual will be responsible for the development, planning, execution and monitoring of new business generation, profitable sales growth and expanding broker relationships to increase the market share of workers compensation and commercial automobile products and services. Work closely and collaborate with policy holder services staff to ensure service continuity and overall policyholder satisfaction. Stay abreast of trends in 5 major lines of business. Understand economic and business indicators and strategic issues that affect the geographic market, assigned territory and policyholders. Perform all aspects of sales process from planning, prospecting and proposal development to deal execution for new business.
