   Description : Responsible for oversight and management of the Property Claims Unit. Supervise and lead a team of property adjusters and manage the workflow processing of claims by implementing techniques to improve productivity, workflow efficiencies and expense control. Build a team-oriented environment by establishing team and individual goals through empowerment. Coach and mentor the property staff. Job Title : Perishable Goods Claim & Subrogation Representative
