   Description : Setup and maintain the employee benefits business on Employee Navigator - work with both the client and the implementation team to gather all information needed including company structure, benefits and payroll information; build, test and maintain new and existing Navigator groups. Setup and maintain EDI feeds and Ad Hoc feeds to vendors - work with vendors to create EDI or Ad Hoc feeds; follow up with vendors on the implementation process; review and address all error reports; quarterly audit all active feeds; maintain a listing of all plans on Navigator and how enrollment goes from Navigator to the vendor. Maintain employee demographic data - work with clients to ensure all employee demographic updates are imported into Navigator in a timely manner; review and address error reports form all imports. General servicing – HR / Admin user setup; password reset; escalated issue resolution with Navigator support. Reporting – canned and Ad Hoc reporting for the Navigator database. ACA - full responsibility for all 1095 and 1094 reporting both in and out of Employee Navigator.
